Concord Children’s Center Classroom Library Ideas
There are many little ways to enlarge your child's world.
Love of books is the best of all
-- Jacqueline Kennedy
While we are unable to hold our annual Concord Children’s Center Book Fair this year, we are happy to share gift ideas for families and others who would like to contribute to classroom libraries.
Each classroom has prepared a wish list of books selected specifically for their children and curriculum. Books from the wish lists must be purchased on-line and will be delivered to CCC. A book plate will be put it in each book indicating the name of the family that donated it before the books are delivered to CCC classrooms. A Bookshop account will need to be created to view wish lists and purchase books (your information is not added to any email lists).
In addition to the books on the classroom wish lists, you are invited to purchase one of your favorite children’s books for the CCC classrooms. This is also a great opportunity for you to take care of your own holiday shopping, whether you purchase books, calendars, or gift certificates. Any items that you purchase for yourself will be delivered to your child’s CCC classroom.
Orders should please be placed by Thursday, December 10. If you are ordering any holiday gifts, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible to ensure on-time delivery in this extraordinary year.
Many thanks for your generosity to Concord Children’s Center as they celebrate their 45th anniversary of preparing and nurturing engaged and inspired life-long learners!
