Kate Flora

Kate Flora is the author of the Thea Kozak series featuring tall, tough, chip-on-her shoulder consultant Kozak and her state trooper significant other, Andre Lemieux. In Liberty or Death, Thea and Andre's wedding is thwarted when he is taken hostage by a militia group. The first Thea Kozak mystery, Chosen for Death, was recently reprinted by Crum Creek Press. A lapsed attorney and full-time writer, Flora is an active speaker and teaches writing throughout New England, most recently at Brown.
